At Ventuman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, our Refund & Returns Policy explains how you can return or exchange items and receive a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact.
  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including swimming accessories, flowers, and perishable goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and specify your preferred replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
