1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Return window: Within 3 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Flowers
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or special-order gift items
- Used items
3. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange:
- You may exchange for another item of equal or higher value
- You cover the difference if the new item costs more
- Exchanges must be made within 3 days of delivery
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds are issued through Mpesa or original payment method
